It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

The biggest reason for that being some cooler weather!!! It's been in the upper 70s most of this month, but the past few days have been in the 40s and 50s. I love it!

These Christmas decorations went up a couple weeks ago, but I never got around to posting them. Better late than never?

Picking a tree

The most mishmash, hodgepodge array of ornaments ever, including: a Mardi Gras-esque necklace, a piece of paper, bling initials, and a tiny apron.

Who needs Elf on a Shelf when you have Creepy Fucking Nutcracker On A Mantle?

We actually made these! Balloons wrapped in twine, drowned in fabric starch, dried, and then you carefully pop the balloon and boom, there you have it.

Because everyone needs a tacky tree.

This is all I managed to get in the frame, since I was way too cold to step further back and prolong exposure to such harsh elements. Hush - Floridians are wimps.
Looking (and barking...) at Christmas lights Saturday night. :)
