Garden!

These are miniature white cucumbers. They only get about 2-4" long, and have a very light, crisp flavor without the overwhelming scent of cucumber. They're great for pickling.

Along the fence line are cucumbers are watermelon. In the back there are sunflowers and various volunteer plants. The a shit ton of tomatoes, flower seedlings and various herbs (not in the frame), more volunteer plants, and peppers.

You can see the herbs better here. Mint, basil, ect.

Pepper seedlings.

Cucumbers.

This is about as big as some get!

Of course she loves the watermelon patch! That's a sunflower plant at the right.

Baby watermelon with the flower still attached.

Purple basil.

Tomato.

Peppers!

Happy girl.

More tomatoes. If you look closely you can see the fruit and flowers on this one.

Sunflower bud.

  1. Love your garden - so much good stuff growing there! My mom has a little deck garden because she trusts nothing on the ground. The deer and other wildlife in the area have a way of getting at and noming on everything no matter the fence size used,

  10. There's nothing more wonderful than having a garden - start to finish it is work, but worth every bit of it to taste those fresh, healthy veggies!

  11. I'm jealous of your garden! I've got tomatoes, green beans, lettuce and cukes going this year. Fortunately, my neighbor grows EVERYTHING, and shares.
