The Only True Paradise... is Mexico Beach

Hey, everyone! On Sunday the peeps took me to the beach, but before I tell y'all that I just gotta share something. It was 19 degrees (Fahrenheit) last night. Today's high is 39. "Ha!", you northerners may scoff "That's nothing! That's WARM!". We're born and raised Floridians, and this is unspeakably cold.

Luckily it was a bit warmer (upper 50s- lower 60s?) on Sunday, and we had a fantastic time. DM: I swear, nothing compares to walking with your dog off leash on a beautiful, deserted beach. Just me, Nola, and my camera. That is truly paradise.
I was, of course, perfect. I even got in the water a bit to chase off some seagulls! I needed dried off with Mom's hoodie afterward though, since I was shaking like a leaf, but that's a moot point.

Paws up.

DM: I have no idea why, but Miss Nola backed her little ass up onto this log and stared at me until I snapped her picture. Diva.

You are quite slow, you know that?

But that's okay; you make up for it in treats.

Damn that water's cold!
